1. INTRODUCTION
What is JUX Weather?
JUX Weather is a Joomla module built to help users to select location and check its weather forecast. The module also provides efficient configuration to display more detailed information of weather forecast such humidity, visibility, wind and forecast of the next 5 days.

3. REQUIREMENT
3.1. Server Requirements
JUX Weather has several system requirements as follow:
- Apache 2.0 or above - http://www.apache.org recommended: Apache 2.0 or above.
- PHP 5.2.4 or above - http://www.php.net recommended: PHP 5.3 or above.
- MySQL 5.0.4 or above - http://www.mysql.com recommended: MySQL 5.0.4 or above.
- Joomla! 3.x or above - http://www.joomla.org recommended: Joomla! 3.
You have to ensure that your system has already installed, XML and Zlib-Support built into your PHP.
PHP should be compiled with support for https (openSSL) and cURL.
PHP Safe Mode should be turned off.
3.2. Client Requirements
This module can run well on major browsers such as: Internet Explorer (version 10+), Firefox, Chrome, Opera 9+, and Safari.
4. INSTALLTION
4.1. Download
After purchasing our product, you’ll see the download link at JUX Weather product page: http://www.joomlaux.com/download.html

4.2. Package
The installation package that you downloaded to your computer. You we’ll see these files:

4.3. Installation
Go to Administrator site => “Extension”=> “Extension Manager” in the Top Menu.
In “Upload Package File” block, please upload & install our extensions:
Browse the JUX Weather folder, select mod_jux_weather.zip then choose Upload and install.

Entering City List
When entering city list, you need to enter the code and each city’s name on a line in this format: city’s name
Ex: with London and Luxor:
Location Identifier = weather.com
UKXX0085:London
EGXX0011:Luxor
How to collect city’s code
a. Location Identifier
To get the city code you must go to http://www.weather.com and under "Localweather" enter your city name:
On the search result page select your city:
Now you will find the citycode in the URL:
For the example above, "Palma de Mallorca, Spain" has the city code: SPXX0061
b. Location Identifier = yahoo.com
You need to perform these steps:
- Go to http://weather.yahoo.com/ and type in your zip code (or your city).
- If there is more than one choice, pick the one you want.
- Locate the link "extended forecast" under "6-10 day" column. Click it.
- Look at the URL address bar. You should see something like www.weather.com/...../extended/xxxxxx
