General introduction

What is the JUX Timetable ?

JUX Timetable is a super flexible schedule extension for Joomla, with the fully responsive interface and fascinating UI. The Joomla extension is majorly designed for the site concerning fitness, yoga, dance classes, medical departments, and any kind of event calendars and so on. Particularly, the Joomla timetable allows you simply set up a modern and flat interface schedule on your Joomla site as well as gives you more flexible customizations in colors, header of the schedule, time slot, background, etc.

What do you get from the Component and Module of JUX Timetable?

1. Component:

Allows you to manage creating events, css according to the time you want ...
When displayed, you can select display styles such as Grid, List, Slider and Calender or Page detail ...
Each Menu item also has many other configurations such as display option, color and background option ...
You can set the time and event repeatedly several times a week or any day, any time of the day, during the month or during the week.

2. Module

Modules also have display functions like the component menu.
Functions to install multiple modules on 1 page, the function loads more than pagination.
You can also easy style the module with a Custom CSS field in the advanced tab.
Display front-end everything like view page component menu without creating an additional menu item like component.

Server Requirement

JUX Timetable has several system requirements as follow:

Apache 2.0 or above - http://www.apache.org recommended: Apache 2.0 or above.
PHP 5.2.4 or above - http://www.php.net recommended: PHP 5.3 or above.
MySQL 5.0.4 or above - http://www.mysql.com recommended: MySQL 5.0.4 or above.
Joomla! 3.x. Please go to - http://www.joomla.org download Joomla! 3.x.
You have to ensure that your system has already installed, XML and Zlib-Support built into your PHP.
PHP should be compiled with support for https (openSSL) and cURL.
PHP Safe Mode should be turned off.

Client Requirements

This module can run well on major browsers such as: Internet Explorer (version 10+), Firefox, Chrome, Opera 9+, and Safari. JavaScript must be activated.

The client/browser needs to be capable of accepting Cookies and Cookies must be enabled.

Create Class

As you have already read, JUX Timetable has two core components: a Component and Module. Here are some important steps that you need when using our product:

Step 1: Before creating classes, you must create Category, Trainer, Level for Class.

You can create a category class and level class as you create a category for articles

With category class you plesae select color category

Create Trainer class. You should enter all the config for the trainer

Step 3: And after creating the event category, trainer and level category, you will create Classes

Image Preview:select images preview to class
Start Date:set start date for class
Start Time:set start time for class
End Time:set end time for class
Trainer:select trainer for class
Address:enter address of class
Set dates manually:You can set the repeating class exactly as you want
Add Your Date:Add day you want repeat
Number of Week:number of repeating weeks of class
Day of Week:You can choose the things of the week to repeat the class
Set use advanced weekly schedule:Turn on another time selection mode in things instead of using the set time class above
Advanced Schedule:Reset the time you want to repeat for the selected dates above. You can only set the time for the selected date, and cannot set the hours for the day not selected above
Register Link:Enter link for class
Desciption:Enter desciption for class

Create Events

As you have already read, JUX Timetable has two core components: a Component and Module. Here are some important steps that you need when using our product:

Step 1: Please install the package JUX Timetable on your site.
Step 2: After installation, go to the components JUX Timetable and create your categories adn orgainzers for Events

You can create a category event as you create a category for articles

You create organizers for event. You should try to enter all the necessary configuration

How to create view schedule for Event or Class

Now, you can use either the component via a Menu item or a Module to show products on your site. Are you ready?

Note: The configs in modules and view components are the same so you can use modules or compoent view menus to display what you want.

Instructions for creating page view Schedule for event or class

Create new menu item JUX Timetable Schedule or modules JUX Timetable Schedule and enter title

At tab Schedule Setting you set config

Schedule Layout :Select Layout Grid or List
Schedule Source:Select Event, Class or Both event and classs
Event Item Style:Select background or color category show for event
Class Item Style:Select background or color category show for class
Defaul View:Have 3 type view: Monthly, Weekly, Daily
Event Categories:Select category event show front-end
Class Categories:Select category class show front-end
Number Item Displayed:Number item show at calender
Default Date:You can set the current date or any day if you want
Event Link:When click event will show popup or go to link event, class
Start Of Week:Select the first day in the calendar

At tab Schedule Extend you set config as style Popup, Show/hide Time

Show Filte:Show/hide filter for calender

Show Toolbar:Show/hide toolbar for calender
Show Event Time:Show/hide time event or class for calender
Time Format:You can set time 24h or 12h

At tab Schedule Display you set config color, background. . .

Heading Background Color :Set color heading
Heading Text Color:Set color text header
Today Background:Set background color today
Show Class By It Color:Only you select Source class and select item style backgorund color by category
Schedule Backgorund Color:Set color backgorund for all event or class view schedule

How to use view Grid, List, and Slider of Event, Class, Trainer

Note: The configs in modules and view components are the same so you can use modules or compoent view menus to display what you want.

As mentioned above, you can use modules to display views as components and not create new page, with modules you can display multiple modules on the same page
